Trek Registration forms due to ward leaders

We need one filled out and turned in for every person planning to attend trek 

Need to be turned into Stake leaders no later than May 1, 2013

ALSO, if you answered YES to any of the medical questions on the registration form you need to fill out the MEDICAL RELEASE FORM. Ask for them from your ward leaders.

7:30 am registration race starts at 8:00 am

Location: East building, 895 W 4800 S

Come walk, run, hop, skip or jump, make it to the finish line any way you can. Encourage all of your friends and the Ma's and Pa's from your ward to participate.
